1 About AI Social Booster

AI Social Booster ("we", "our", "us") provides social media marketing and automation tools (the "Services") via aisocialbooster.com and related interfaces (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement").

2 Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

3 Acceptable Use

Don't use the Services to break laws, infringe rights, abuse platforms, spam, or publish illegal/unsafe content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4 Payments, Fees & Refunds

• Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g., Monnify, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, etc.).
• Prices and fees may change. Taxes are your responsibility.
• Refunds: delivered services are non-refundable. We credit undelivered or partial amounts to wallet balance per our order policies.

5 Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Delivery ETAs are estimates. Platform/API changes by social networks may affect outcomes.

6 Intellectual Property

All Platform content, code, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

8 Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms/Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

• Support data: tickets, attachments, chat messages, comments.
• OAuth data (Google Sign-In): basic profile data (name, email, Google user ID) strictly for authentication and account setup.
• Content you submit: links/IDs needed to deliver services (e.g., public profile or post URLs).
• Cookies & local storage: session, security, preference, and analytics cookies.

11What We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., government IDs, health, biometric, precise geolocation) and we do not store your payment card numbers on our servers.

• Authenticate accounts and provide the Services.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Fulfill orders and deliver refills or partial credits when applicable.
• Operate the site, debug, and improve performance.

• Payment processors: Monnify, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce (to process payments and verify transactions).
• Email/SMS providers: to send verification, reset, and notifications (e.g., SMTP/Gmail).
• Infrastructure & analytics: hosting, CDN, logging, error tracking.
• Service fulfillment partners/APIs: when needed to deliver an order you placed.
• Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety.

• When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data.

• Revoke Google access: Google permissions.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

20Account Deletion
